If you have found that you can no longer access the data on your storage medium and you want to contact the Savedata - Data Recovery specialists, you have several options for bringing/sending the data storage medium to us:

• You bring it personally to our headquarters.
• You Send it to us via courier

After data has been recovered, the storage media is sent back to you intact, if there were no physical problems with it, and the recovered data is written on various media depending on their size.

Evaluation free evaluation service of data storage systems that present problems, except for RAID systems. If our specialists find that your data cannot be recovered, there is no need to pay anything. The only costs you will pay are for the recovered data.

We have a data recovery laboratory, the so-called Clean Room (class 100), an essential part of the data recovery process.

The Clean Room is an environment where temperature and humidity are controlled to protect sensitive equipment (storage media) from contamination by airborne impurities.

The environment is continuously ventilated with filtered air. People working in such an environment are required to wear special gloves, masks, special protective suit that covers the whole body, including the head, to minimize contamination.

This environment allows the smooth running of the data recovery process under optimal conditions, thus leading to successful data recovery.

DATA RECOVERY PRICE LIST

* Prices are in Euros and do not include VAT
* If the payment is made in Lei, the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment will be used
* If the mechanical part of the HDD has already been disassembled, €50 is charged in addition to the price list.
